Educational Justice Fund: Igniting Opportunity, Empowering Change

At Skyrocket Education, we believe that every child, regardless of background or ZIP code, deserves access to a transformative education. Since 2016, we've been on the frontlines of educational equity, partnering with schools serving marginalized communities to provide world-class coaching, support the development of exceptional leaders, and build thriving cultures of learning.

Our impact is clear: 94% of educators say working with Skyrocket exceeded expectations, 84% report improved job satisfaction and school culture, and in our partner schools, students experiencing poverty achieved double-digit academic outcome gains.

But we know there is still so much work to be done. That's why we are launching the Educational Justice Fund - to accelerate our efforts to close opportunity gaps and ensure every child can access their right to an excellent education.

Our intensive teacher coaching model, which has empowered thousands of educators to implement high-impact instructional strategies and create nurturing classroom environments

• Investing in research and evaluation to continuously strengthen our impact

Our leadership development program, which equips principals in under-resourced schools with the skills to drive transformational change

• Expanding our coaching programs to reach more schools and educators

Our efforts to elevate student voice and build culturally responsive school communities

• Developing new trainings and resources focused on educational justice anti-racism, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and trauma-informed practices  

Our advocacy work to dismantle systemic barriers to educational equity

• Launching a policy and advocacy arm to push for systemic change
• Providing scholarships for educators from marginalized communities to access our programs
